Vegetable salad with shrimp
Ingredients:

- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Cooking method:
Prepared shrimp cleaned and folded into a bowl. Washed vegetables cut: pepper and cucumber - large cubes, tomatoes cut in half. Add the vegetables to the shrimp. Drizzle with dressing, prepared from oil, vinegar, minced garlic, salt and pepper.
Before serving, sprinkle with grated Parmesan and garnish with sprigs of greenery.
Note. Basically, in our stores sold the frozen cooked shrimp. If you bought it such, you should know that they do not require heat treatment. They just need to thaw and use at their discretion

Salad with shrimp
Ingredients:
- 300 grams of boiled shrimp
- 3-4 small boiled potatoes
- 4-5 pickles

Cooking method:

Vegetable salad with prawns and squid
Ingredients:
- 200 grams of boiled shrimp
- 2 small carcass peeled and boiled squid
- 2 onions
- 3 boiled eggs
- 4 pickles (pickled mushrooms can be replaced)
- handfuls of arugula and lettuce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- lemon juice
- greenery
- tablespoon of mayonnaise (optional)
Cooking method:
Chop onion and fry in vegetable oil, cool and put in a salad bowl. Shrimp, squid, cucumber and eggs cut into very small pieces do not connect with, and fried onions. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice and stir.
Serve on lettuce leaves, laying salad heaped in the center of dishes and garnish with sprigs of dill and parsley.
Note. In principle, this salad no dressing is not needed - enough oil, where roasted onion, and lemon juice. Light mayonnaise can be fed separately.
And another important point. And shrimp and squid do not like prolonged heat treatment. If seafood digest, they will become tough and inedible. Therefore, they should be omitted only in the boiling water and cook for no more than 2-3 minutes after boiling.
Salat- "bouquet" with vegetables and prawns
Ingredients:
- 300 grams of boiled shrimp
- 2 boiled carrots
- 2 cucumbers
- 200 grams of steamed cauliflower (it should be slightly crunchy)
- 1 bell pepper (red)
- bunch green onions
- a handful of lettuce Frise
- salt pepper
- salad dressing
- mayonnaise
- greenery
Cooking method:
Peppers, onions, lettuce, cucumbers, wash and dry. Cabbage cooked in a double boiler and cool.
Make salad dressing: mix the olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice with crushed garlic and lightly whisk. Pour into a gravy boat.
On a large platter distribute lettuce Frise. In the center slide put shrimp sauce poured. Around them spread out the individual segments sliced cucumbers, carrots, peppers, green onions, parsed into florets of cauliflower. Between vegetables spread out sprigs of dill and curly parsley.
Separately, apply dressing and mayonnaise. Guests are gaining all the ingredients and fill with salad yourself. It looks very elegant dish.
